Ragged in Himachal 11 injured | Lawrence Sanawar

Students of Lawrence Sanawar brutally ragged report
A brutal case of ragging has been reported by the Lawrence School, Sanawar. Eleven students are in hospital and six have perforated eardrums and a student allegedly has only 30 percent of his hearing left. Seven students at the boarding school in Himachal Pradesh responsible for the incident have been sent home after the incident.

They are all from Delhi, Chandigarh and Punjab. The attack was allegedly led by a student as the son of a senior policeman in Punjab. The ragged were switched with wet belts and hockey sticks and kicked.

The parents of the boys are beaten up, apparently afraid to speak because most of them are from Punjab, and they fear a severe backlash.
