Amy Winehouse appears to be bouncing back from her recent health scare. The singer was at her energetic best on the beach in St Lucia yesterday, despite spending Friday night in hospital suffering from 'dehydration'. Dressed in hot pants and a cropped top, she attempted some karate-style kicks on the sand.
