A New Jersey Bikini Wax Ban? New Jersey is to draw the line when it comes to bikini waxing. New Jersey considers ban on Brazilian wax after two women were hospitalized for infection.

A New Jersey Bikini Wax Ban?,

State Cosmetology and Hair Styling Board has moved toward a ban on genital waxing completely. Technical genital waxing has never been accepted - only the face, neck, abdomen, legs and arms are permitted. The bare-it-all "Brazilian" version was never specifically banned, as the state authorities have not enforced the law.



New Jersey State Board of Cosmetology meeting next on April 14,
and will decide whether to proceed with the explicit language banning genital waxing. Brazilian wax became popular in Brazil for Thong bikini wear.
