Slammiversary 2009 was a skilled wrestling pay-per-view (PPV) experience created by whole nonstop achievement Wrestling (TNA), which obtained place on 21. June 2009 at the Palace of Auburn Hills in Auburn Hills, Michigan. It was the fifth occasion throughout Slammiversary chronology and honors the seventh birthday of the campaign. The main event at the fair was held annually-King of the Mountain match (KOTM) for the TNA World Heavyweight Championship which saw Kurt Angle defeat Mick Foley, Jeff Jarrett, Samoa Joe and AJ Styles. For the first time in the under-card for the event also had another KOTM for TNA X Division Championship master Suicide retain over Consequences Creed, Jay lethal, Chris Sabin and Alex Shelley.
