Shawn Johnson is raking in the cash on "Dancing with the Stars"

Shawn Johnson is raking in the cash on "Dancing with the Stars" - even if May does not believe that it is attraction addressing allegations of stalker Robert O'Ryan.

We obtained a copy of Shawn's "Dancing" contract - a public document filed with the Superior Court of LA County. A judge had to approve the transaction because it is a minor. Under the contract, Shawn is a guarantee of $ 125,000 to appear on the show. In surviving the first elimination, she received $ 10,000 more per week for weeks 3 and 4.

If Shawn survive the next elimination, double the rate to $ 20,000 per week for weeks 5, 6 and 7. During weeks 8 and 9, it scores $ 30,000 per week.

And where it's really cute. In weeks 10 and 11, while Shawn thanks, she received $ 50,000 per week.

Total to take if Shawn makes the final 2 - $ 365,000.

Under the contract, Shawn must train about 20 hours per week. As to the important question of all injuries ... the contract clearly states that "Dancing" has no responsibility. It reads, "Artist releases Producer, Network ... for any claims arising from ... physical or other damage resulting from the artist about the appearance in the series ..."

Total take if Shawn makes it to the final 2 -- $365,000.

So the many 'stars" on DWTS who have gotten injured on the show are not entitled to medical insurance from the production? Seems to me since they are show 'talent', working on the show, on a production schedule, at a show studio/location, following show direction that they would be entitled to medical benefits. What about the whole 'on-the-job work injury/workmens compensation process?????
