Thursday caravans used in the shooting of Mani Ratnam's bilingual film Ravan star studded Abhishek Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai in Ooty has seized for having forged vehicle documents, police said Tuesday. The two caravans had the same registration. "An investigation led to the discovery of fraud in the use of fake IDs vehicles and tax evasion, which in turn led to the seizure of four vehicles during the last week, said a police official.
According to police, vehicles seized in Ooty been estimated at Rs 12 million. Both Abhishek and Aishwarya is said to have used the vehicle during the shooting.
The shooting of Ravan has been moved to another Hill station Hogenekkal (about 300 km southwest of Chennai).
