Nursing-home worker Morgan (guest star Judy Greer) fakes sick to get House's attention after the home’s pet cat sleeps next to her. It seems that the cat only pays a visit to people if they are about to die and does so with alarming accuracy. While House dismisses Morgan as a nut job, he is intrigued by her theory on the kiss-of-death cat, and sets out to disprove it.

When Morgan falls seriously ill, he and the team are forced to get to the bottom of both mysteries. Meanwhile, Taub struggles with his finances and reconnects with an old high school friend at the clinic whose business successes present Taub with an entrepreneurial opportunity he had not previously considered.





This is a reference to the early James Bond series, in particular Goldfinger, in which villain Auric Goldfinger uses the same line. The cat is an allusion to Ernst Stavro Blofeld a.k.a. Number One, the mysterious leader of SPECTRE and James Bond's nemesis, who was unseen in the early films but would be identified by the white cat that would sit in his lap while he spoke to underlings. Blofeld/Number One first appeared in From Russia with Love.

Teen magazines are sexualising readers

Teen magazines are sexualising readers, says watchdog. Teenage magazines are to blame for the "early sexualisation" of their young readers and are failing to uphold their own guidelines on content, the Government's consumer watchdog has claimed.



Ed Mayo, chief executive of Consumer Focus, said the magazines were "pushing the envelope" and warned that parents would be shocked by much of the content.
A study by The Sunday Telegraph of several magazines aimed at teenage girls found that they contained sexually explicit material that was possible in line with the industry's advertising code.

Front has attacked the magazines' self-regulatory body as "toothless" and has called for an independent organization to monitor the publications that are read by children as young as 11

"All the complaints we receive from readers are carefully checked against our policy, and we respond accordingly. Many of the features in these magazines are written in response to questions they receive from their readers."

Warrant issue against Lindsay Lohan

According to officials, the warrant against the 22-year-old troubled star "stems from a May 2007 arrest of Miss Lindsay Lohan for DUI (driving under the influence) and hit-and-run."

Lindsay Lohan is a wanted woman. An arrest warrant has been issued for hot celebrity Lindsay Lohan, possibly in connection with a 2007 drunken driving arrest, Beverly Hills police said yesterday.

Mike Foxen said “The warrant was issued on Friday by a judge in Beverly Hills Superior Court, police Sgt.”

The 22-year-old “Mean Girls” star was placed on probation for three years in 2007. A prosecutor warned that if she violated the terms of the probation - by, for example, failing to complete a drug test or report to her probation officer - Lohan could face jail time.

"The circumstances leading to the issuance of the warrant by the court are not readily available at this time. It is our hope that Miss Lohan will surrender herself so that this matter will be resolved in a timely manner," added police from the city west of Los Angeles.

After a stay in rehab, she was caught two months later for driving under the influence and possession of cocaine.
Popular Hollywood blogger Perez Hilton claimed to have received a message from Lohan in which she protested the warrant.

"This warrant for my arrest is completely fabricated and it's a horrendous lie," Hilton quoted Lohan saying in her message.

"This will make me loose (sic) every single deal that I have right now. It's horrible."

The queen of Hollywood nights and a favorite target of the paparazzi, the former Disney child star was once considered one of the most promising actresses of her generation.
